It's Worth It - Week 3
Never Give Up!
- Successful people do consistently what others do occasionally.
- It’s the small things no one sees that lead to the big results everyone wants.
7 Do not be deceived:* God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. 8 Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. 9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Gal 6:7-9
1. You reap what you sow.
2. You reap more than you sow.
3. You reap after you sow. (diff season)
1. You Reap What You Sow
But you have planted wickedness, you have reaped evil. Hos 10:13
- If you don’t like what you’re reaping, change what you’re sowing.
2. You Reap More Than You Sow
20 “And the seed that fell on good soil represents those who hear and accept God’s word and produce a harvest of thirty, sixty, or even a hundred times as much as had been planted!” Mark 4:20 NLT
*Compound Effect—Darren Hardy
Small, Smart Choices + Consistency + Time = Radical Difference
It’s not what you do occasionally—Consistently!
If you don’t like what you’re reaping—Change what sowing.
Reap what you sow—More than you sow!
3. You Reap After You Sow
Wrongly conclude: Small decisions don’t matter that much.
Our entire life is the sum total of all the small decisions that we make.
- We don’t judge the success of the day by the harvest we reap, but by the seeds we sow.
9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time
we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Gal 6:9
